Abstract: Continuous emissions monitoring is a rigorous approach to finding and
resolving methane leaks faster than any other method, such as episodic
aerial flyovers, quarterly OGI camera inspections, or audio-visual olfactory
inspections. This allows operators to demonstrate to stakeholders that their
reporting, methane intensity, and production information are accurate,
verifiable, and auditable.
